Job Big is dedicated to creating a fair and trustworthy environment for both job seekers and employers. Our refund policy ensures transparency and confidence in our services.

For Job Seekers

The placement fee of 50% of the first month's salary is payable upon successful placement. If you are not placed, we will continue to support you until a suitable job is found. In rare cases where placement is not possible, we will work with you to provide alternative options, ensuring your investment is valued.

For Employers

Sponsored job posting fees are refundable only if Job Big fails to post the job after payment. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Regular job postings are non-refundable once live.

Exceptions

Any other payments or services not explicitly mentioned above are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Job Big.
